The Managed Clinical Network for Epilepsy for the West of Scotland and Tayside connects individuals, organisations and professionals who provide epilepsy care and the people living with epilepsy across the West of Scotland and Tayside.

The main purpose of the Network is to encourage and support more effective working across all organisations, professions and disciplines who deliver care for epilepsy. The aim is to make sure that everyone can get the same high level of care no matter where they live in the NHS Tayside, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and NHS Ayrshire and Arran health board areas. This is achieved by encouraging better communication and working between different teams and groups of care providers, making sure that all staff have the skills they need and that information is available for patients and carers where and when they need it.
